Shri Satyaprakash Joshi’s story begins from his journey from Jodhpur to Bombay (now Mumbai), fuelled by determination and his commitment to hard work.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 1991, rooted in the belief that consistent effort and community growth go hand in hand. From a single entrepreneurial spark, he ventured into more businesses which gave birth to the formation of the Group as we know it now. Over time, SPJ Group has evolved into a trusted name known for integrity, innovation, and the ability to turn ideas into sustainable ventures that benefit both people and the communities.
Today, SPJ Group stands strong with six distinct verticals – Sanjay Enterprises, Sanjay Exports, SPJ Exports, SPJ Recreational Centre Pvt. Ltd., SPJ Harvest, and the AAICHUKI Foundation. Each arm reflects the Group’s commitment to excellence while serving different industries, from perfumes, mouth fresheners to agricultural development, wellness, recreation, and social impact. Together, these verticals embody the same founding spirit: to create opportunities, drive economic progress, and build a legacy of responsible growth.

Sanjay Joshi, Executive Director of SPJ Group, embodies a rare blend of vision, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit. An alumnus of the prestigious Mayo College, Ajmer, he grew up with cricket at the core of his life, competing at various levels and once aspiring to a professional sporting career. Aviation was his alternate dream, reflecting an innate drive to explore ambitious horizons. In 2010, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with a single guiding principle: to deliver uncompromising quality. His first venture, rooted in a deep interest in agriculture, focused on cultivating Aloe Vera and supplying its derivatives – juices, gels, and soaps – to a diverse range of industries, setting the foundation for his future enterprises.
By 2018, Sanjay united his love for cricket with a larger hospitality vision through the founding of SPJ Recreational Centre Pvt. Ltd., where a world-class cricket ground became the first step toward creating exceptional lifestyle experiences. The establishment of SPJ Harvest in 2020 further reflected his ambitious foresight, targeting the management of 1,000 acres of cultivable land and successfully achieving 450 acres of active cultivation to date. In 2022, construction began on a premium hotel under SPJ Recreational, marking the next phase in a plan to open distinguished properties across India. Looking ahead, Sanjay remains steadfast in his belief that each SPJ vertical holds immense potential to create lasting impact.

Neeraj Joshi, one of the directors and the young-mindset of the company believes that his education has been the foundation of his vision for SPJ Group’s future. Having IB board as his base that majorly contributed to his global perspective and made him recognize the immense potential of the hospitality industry. This realization led him to the prestigious Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, where both his undergraduate and master’s programs shaped not just his professional skills but also his personal outlook.
Neeraj looks up to his father and elder brother who have also been his mentors. Discipline, passion, and hard work are the core values that Satyaprakash Joshi has ingrained in Sanjay and him. Inspired by their journey, he aims to take SPJ Recreational Centre Pvt. Ltd. to international heights – expanding their fleet across borders while also bringing renowned global hospitality brands to India. At the same time, he’s also excited to contribute to all SPJ Group verticals.
